• The conversational assistant is provided free of charge and for informational purposes only
• Generated responses are automated and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or commercial advice under any circumstances
• The User acknowledges that responses may contain inaccuracies and agrees not to rely exclusively on them for any important decision
• The User shall not use the assistant for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or purposes contrary to public order

3.2 Prohibited uses

The following uses of the conversational assistant are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to extract, manipulate, or misappropriate the underlying AI model
• Submitting unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, threatening content, or content infringing on third-party rights
• Transmitting sensitive personal data (banking details, login credentials, health data, etc.)
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated process to interact with the assistant in an abusive manner
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the rate limiting mechanisms in place

3.3 Limitation of liability

To ensure service quality and prevent abuse, the number of requests sent to the conversational assistant is limited. If the limit is exceeded, access to the service may be temporarily restricted.

4. Blog and editorial content

4.1 Publication and ownership

Articles, case studies, analyses, and all content published on the Website's blog are the exclusive property of NovaFlow Consulting and their respective authors. They are protected by applicable intellectual property law in Côte d'Ivoire and internationally.
